All payments are due in advance. For parents/carers with permanent bookings we prefer payment for each half term but understand not everyone is able to do this, therefore weekly/monthly payments are also acceptable.

Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer, details of which will be included on your emailed invoice/statement each week.

We are registered to receive payment via the Government Tax-Free Childcare scheme. For every £8 you pay into the scheme, the government will add an extra £2 for you to use towards your childcare costs. To find out more visit:

Notice of any required cancellations must be received by the Monday of the week before the sessions to be cancelled/changed to avoid charges, otherwise payment in full will still be required.
