Information for new parents.
In order to make any bookings, you will first need to complete the registration form below for each of your children.
Registration Form
Before & After School Club
Morning sessions: 8:00am until start of school (include breakfast).
Afternoon sessions: School finish to 6:00pm (include an afternoon snack).
Holiday Club
Our holiday clubs are available for any primary school aged children.
AM sessions: 8:00am – 1:00pm (include mid-morning snack).
PM sessions: 1:00pm – 6:00pm (include mid-afternoon snack).
Children staying for a full day need to bring a packed lunch.

Wrap around care
AM (8:00am – school start): £5.85/session
PM (school finish – 6:00pm): £12.65/session
Full Day (AM & PM on same day): £18.00
Holiday Club
Half Day (8:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-6:00pm): £17.50/session
Full Day (8:00am-6:00pm): £27.50/day

Payments
All payments are due in advance. For parents/carers with permanent bookings we prefer payment for each half term but understand not everyone is able to do this, therefore weekly/monthly payments are also acceptable.
Tax Free Childcare
We are registered to receive payment via the Government Tax-Free Childcare scheme. For every £8 you pay into the scheme, the government will add an extra £2 for you to use towards your childcare costs. To find out more visit:
Cancellations/Changes to Bookings
Notice of any required cancellations must be received by the Monday of the week before the sessions to be cancelled/changed to avoid charges, otherwise payment in full will still be required.
Payment Methods
Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer, details of which will be included on your emailed invoice/statement each week.
