Staff Ratios / Supporting Your Child *

Our normal staffing ratios are between 1:8 and 1:10 for children under 8 years old and between 1:10 and 1:15 for children 8 years and over.
If your child’s support needs are unable to be met within our normal staffing structure and ratios, it is unlikely we will be able to accept your booking.
You should contact us to discuss this before submitting a booking if this may be the case.

Toilet Needs *

Please note that if your child is not fully toilet trained, we do not have facilities available or have staff ratios necessary to attend to children who have toilet accidents.
Parents will always be called to attend in such instances and we therefore ask this be considered prior to making any bookings.
Our recommendation is to avoid making bookings if your child has had any accidents in the previous half term.

By submitting this form you confirm that:

• You wish to make a booking for our Holiday Club as detailed above.
• You understand the club may not operate if there is insufficient demand.
• You confirm that your child already attends Primary School (Reception to Year 6).
• You agree to be billed and to pay in advance for your booking in accordance with our current prices.
• Bookings are made in accordance with our Admissions and Fees Policy.
• If your child(ren) is/are not registered with us, your booking will not be accepted until you have filled out a Registration Form for each child.

Understanding the importance of vigilance regarding sickness is a keystone of preventing transmission to other children, staff and parents.

You should not bring your child into the club if:
•your child is experiencing any symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
•your child has tested positive for Coronavirus.
•your child has been in contact with anyone in your household who has Coronavirus symptoms.
•your child is not capable of following the club rules relating to protective measures, such as washing their hands regularly, coughing and sneezing into a tissue and disposing of it safely, and not touching other children. (If your child is unwilling or unable to follow these rules they may not be allowed to attend future sessions).
