Session Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes must be made by Monday of the week before the booked session.

If sufficient notice is not given, the session will still be chargeable.

This is part of the Terms & Conditions agreed to when registering.

How much notice do I need to give?

You must let us know by Monday of the week before your child’s booked session if you need to cancel or change it.

Example:
If your child is booked in on Thursday 16th April, you must contact us by Monday 6th April.

Will I still be charged if I cancel late?

Yes. If sufficient notice is not given, the session will still be chargeable.

This applies to both cancellations and changes made after the deadline.

What if my child is unwell?

If notice is given after the cancellation deadline, the session will still be chargeable, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or change.

Please advise:

  • your child’s name/class/school
  • the date(s) of the session
  • whether you would like to cancel or change the booking
Can I move my booking to another day instead?

Booking changes made after the cancellation/change deadline may be chargeable.

In practice, if you request to move a session to another day within the same week and there is space available based on the staffing plan, we usually allow this without additional charge.

Please note, we always reserve the right to charge for any changes in accordance with our Policy.

Why is there a cancellation deadline?

We actually offer more flexibility than most similar providers.

Confirmed bookings are used to plan:

  • staffing levels
  • activities and resources
  • food and supplies
  • available places for other children
For this reason, all cancellations and changes must be made in line with our agreed booking policy.
