Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or changing a session
If a place has been booked and is no longer required or requires changing, you must give us notice of the cancellation/change required by the Monday of the week before the session to be cancelled/changed. If sufficient notice is not given in accordance with the foregoing, the place will still be chargeable.
This policy will be applicable irrespective of the reason for cancellation/change.
Cancellations/changes will only be accepted by calling or texting our Bookings number
